I am not happy with the angle how the body attaches to the tail. Maybe it could help if you rotated the body (from the waist) few degrees counter-clockwise and the tail part few degrees clockwise? Dunno, just guessing.

The upper body could be leaning more back since water would support him and he wouldn't fall. Now he is in a position that looks possible on dry land. If you want more dynamic picture, more extreme position of the person could create it. Here's an example: [link]

Good picture and it is refreshing to see underwater manipulations for a while. :)
