This work is about an old man's hope..he hopes that he is with his family, he hopes that he's not alone...not in this holiday season. At last he went up the hill, and found a lonely tree and there's light shining...he realized that he is not the only one who has the same problems...and he realizes that there's always light shining behind the dark clouds. It makes him grateful just for being alive!
It's an old work...I keep it for a very long time cause I think it is not that great...until I found it today while browsing through my 640GB hard disk. I reworked some parts & I think it turned out ok
great concept. I like how you worked with the symbolic of hope.. a tree, green colour, a little bit of sun light...

If I had a world of my own, everything will be nonsense... Nothing will be what it is, because everything will be what it isn’t. And contrary wise, what it is, it what would be. And what it wouldn’t be, it would, you see?
